Work @ Oppikoppi

OK12
Due to your tenacious support, Oppikoppi is pleased to say that some of you Oppikoppi veterans will have to come to the party but with a different hat on, in plain English, we are looking at growing the Oppikoppi family of crew members.

Over a period of 13 years Oppikoppi has grown from being a helter-skelter rock festival held annually on a dusty plain in the North West province to a company consisting of several reputable business units of which the most notable are the following:
  • Sponsorship procurement and management
  • Below the line - marketing agency
  • Artists booking agency
  • Event productions and coordination
Most of the work we do today spawned naturally from our dealings with industry players, artists, sponsors, media and all the other parties connected to this industry. So for us to continue to focus on the tunes, we need to appoint competent and eager individuals to take on some of the workload. With a host of new projects kicking in throughout the new-year we are looking for a number of permanent and semi-permanent positions. If you are inclined to a more permanent dose of tunes, we are hunting for passionate people to fill positions in the following areas:
  • Marketing
  • Sponsorship
  • Administration
  • Accounting & Financial
  • Event operational assistants & helpers
  • Artists booking agents and management
If you think you can make a contribution working in any of these departments and feel ready for a career in a somewhat ruthless-yet gratifying industry, let us know by emailing us at info@oppikoppi.co.za.

You must have a code 08 driver's license, and be over 18. You can send a short CV to summarize your skills (not more than two pages with a history of what you've done in your field in the last two years and why you want to work here. Expect an email from us to confirm receipt of your application. If we like your resume we will drop you a second mail for an interview. CV Tip: Omit health (if it’s good, it'll deteriorate), also hobbies (if you have, it'll fall away).
